Learning about the Pier
Whether you are an individual, a family, or an organised group there is lots to discover in the Museum.
We offer a range of visits for schools and educational support organisations.
The Museum is a curated repository of Pier history and artefacts.
It is happy to help mature students research into relevant local history or transport.
Group Visits and Talks
If you would like to visit the museum as a school or organised group, this needs to be arranged with us in advance.
Adult Groups
The museum will be of interest to adult groups keen on local history and trains.
Outside Organisations
We can make presentations to outside organisations. However this is subject to the availability of volunteers
