Our Chairman, Tim Watts, is running in the London Marathon on Sunday April 26.
He running in aid of our campaign to raise funds to improve the accessibilty of the Museum by having a lift installed.

The museum will be of interest to adult and childrens groups keen on local and seaside history, and of course trains !
We are happy to give a talk, in a venue of their choice, to any adult organisation that is interested in learning more about The Pier.

A Pier Talk is subject to the availability of volunteers and the suitability of the venue.
Ideally the venue should have a projector and screen with a sound system to enable the presenter to show films from his laptop.
A speaker fee is chargeable.
For 2026 this fee is just £50
